  • Assist in ensuring the implementation and management ofCEMprogramme to reduce risk and business interruption
  • Monitoring vendors performance, including planned maintenance and repair for site
  • Managed all outsourced service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery
  • Undertaking of comprehensive tendering procedures for all out sources service
  • Single point of management control for FM at sites
  • Ensure compliance with all clients’ policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless interface into client’s representative.
  • Assist in early involvement – provide facilities operational advisory services during site selection and project development phases
  • Assist in ensuring the implementation of preventive management program
  • Contribute to the monthly management report
  • Ensure the effective completion of all incidental report
  • Engage and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the client
  • Engage in the compilation and delivery the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to client
  • Ensure compliance with JCI minimum audit standards
  • Manage end user expectations and requirement
  • Participate in clientBCP/DR planning

 

l   Ensure that all reports are updated on time and analysis is presented as required

l   Ensure vendor relationship is built on trust and manage to the maximum benefit for DB and JCI

Actively looking out continuous improvement of processes and ensuring consistency

  • University degree, preferably in electrical and mechanical engineering.
  • 5 years experience in managing facilities
  • Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills
